Unstructured sensory exploration with Primrose this week allowed the children to engage with materials, textures and reactions. This open ended process resulted in lots of gloop and goo.
Claire took on the mighty task of organising a group foot painting session. Exploring different materials and textures was definitely a new experience for most. Their messy masterpieces can be seen displayed around the room and in their learning journeys.
In the garden the children learnt about cause and effect. Using guttering, pipes and tubes they sent balls and corks down, with or without water to see which went faster.
